Set at the foot of the South Downs in the West Sussex village of Cocking, just a short stroll from the South Downs Way, this charming 200 year old flint and brick cottage is the ideal stopping place for walkers, cyclists and motorists.
As new owners, we aim to provide all you look for in a tearoom - and more: home cooking, a friendly welcome, a relaxing atmosphere and a wide range of loose-leaf teas and coffees.
All our food is home-made and freshly prepared, and our reputation for strawberry clotted-cream teas and delicious home-made cakes and puddings is growing quickly.
